Terms

Another Directory (another.directory) is a directory of software tools, run by its operator, based in Poland. Using the site, creating an account or paying for anything means you accept these terms. Contact: [email protected].

1. Your account

Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Accounts that break these terms can be suspended or deleted.

2. Your listings and ads

Only submit tools and ads you own or are allowed to promote. Listing text is drafted automatically from the tool's own website; you review it, and once published it is your content and your responsibility. You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit and that it is accurate and legal.

You allow Another Directory to show your listing or ad (name, text, logo, images and links) on the site, in its feeds and sitemaps, and, for Pro and Boost listings, on a partner site, for as long as it is published.

Not allowed: anything illegal, adult content, gambling, malware, phishing, scams, misleading claims, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. Any listing or ad can be edited, hidden or removed at any time, without notice, if it breaks these rules or for any other reason.

3. Plans and payments

Free listings need the Another Directory badge on your site; their link is dofollow while the badge is there. Pro ($29) and Boost ($99) are one-time payments for the features and placement periods described on the pricing page. Sponsored slots are sold by the week or by the month; monthly slots renew until you cancel them in your dashboard. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Paid plans and ad time start as soon as the payment is confirmed. By paying, you ask for that to happen immediately and accept that the right to withdraw ends once it has started. Payments are not refunded, except: a paid listing that is taken down is refunded in full, a removed ad gets its unused time back, and where the law requires a refund. Deleting your account doesn't refund anything. Prices may change; that never affects what you already bought.

4. No guarantees

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. No traffic, clicks, sales, rankings, indexing, domain rating or search engine effect is promised; search engines decide how they treat links. Features, placements and how the site works may change, and the site may be unavailable or stop at any time.

5. Third parties

Listings and ads describe and link to products and sites run by others. Another Directory doesn't own, check, endorse or take responsibility for them, their content, their claims, their prices or anything that happens when you use them. Decide for yourself before you sign up or pay for anything listed here.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Another Directory and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost ranking, and total liability for anything related to the site is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to cover any claims, costs or damages that arise from your listings, your ads, your content or your breaking of these terms. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

7. Changes and law

These terms may change; the date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. They are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts. If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
