AlienMail is a cold email platform that uses AI to write outreach sequences, warm up mailboxes and set send timing. Founders, agencies, SDR teams and recruiters upload a lead list and send, paying per email instead of a monthly subscription.
What is AlienMail?
The user starts by entering a website or a few details about what they sell. The AI reads this and builds a profile the site calls Business DNA, covering the offer, the buyers and the voice. After the user picks a goal, it writes the templates, subject lines and follow-up steps, and sets cadence, timing and warmup. Every generated asset can be edited.
The user then uploads a lead list and sends from a connected Gmail, Outlook or SMTP mailbox. Mailbox connection runs through Zapmail, and the user keeps ownership of the mailbox. Warmup runs continuously in the background. The site says the system learns from opens, replies and bounces and suggests what to change. It also offers a unified inbox for replies, SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup, and an MCP server for launching campaigns and pulling results from Claude or ChatGPT. Mobile and desktop apps are listed for monitoring campaigns.
Who is AlienMail for?
Suits agencies, SDR teams, founders and recruiters who send cold email and want drafts and warmup handled for them. The usage-based credits fit teams whose sending volume varies from month to month. Teams that want to write every sequence by hand may find less use for the AI-first workflow.
